Arlington, VA., November 10, 2023 – Technica has made it on the Military Times Best for Vets: Employers rankings for the second year in a row!
Out of all employers across the nation who entered this year, we’re proud to announce that Technica was 1 of 230 employers to make the cut. The editorially driven Best for Vets program produces a highly respected analysis of a company’s efforts to recruit, retain, and support current and former service members, military spouses, and military caregivers.
“Military Times sets the standard for employer rankings for transitioning service members and veterans. Although often imitated, there is no other list that comes close to Best for Vets: Employers,” says Mort Greenberg, SVP of media solutions at Military Times. “We stand by the rigor and soundness of this survey, which spotlights companies’ employment programs that help transitioning service members excel in their post-military careers.”
The survey captures the areas of greatest importance to transitioning service members, veterans, and their families when looking for an employer. Recruitment and employment practices, as well as retention and support programs, were given the most weight and importance in scoring and final rankings.
This achievement is one of many certifications Technica has received recently. With being named a Top Workplace Organization in San Antonio to becoming V3 Certified, the employees at Technica have one more thing to commemorate this Veteran’s Day.
“As a military vet myself, I’m proud of all the recognition Technica has received this year as a veteran-owned company. Being named a Best for Vets employer can attract some of the best talent this country has to offer—hands down.” Said Jeff Fowler, EVP at Technica.
