Miguel Collado

Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and President
Miguel Collado is a principal and co-founder of Technica Corporation and serves as CEO and CTO for the company. As an owner/operator, Miguel guides our corporate management, develops strategic partnerships, and leads our technical capability development. He is also the senior level visionary in technical specialties and innovation including low-cost high-performance computing, big data analytics, and software application development. Prior to establishing Technica, Miguel was a principal engineer at Computer Sciences Corporation, and BBN, leading field and innovation activities for federal civilian government markets. He holds a B.S. in Computer Sciences from La Salle University.

Rhonda Eldridge

Rhonda Eldridge

Senior Vice President - Engineering
Rhonda Eldridge serves as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technica’s Innovation Research and Development (IR&D) Lab providing Network Engineering and Software Engineering management services to various Technica Corporation government clients.

She has technically supervised and implemented many communications projects, including systems projects, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)-based software implementation projects, optical equipment installations, and large-scale Internet Protocol (IP) network implementations. Rhonda’s direct experience includes managing projects from laboratory testing through implementation and ongoing systems support. She holds a Post Master’s Certificate in Telecommunications, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electromagnetics and Communications, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.

Doug Sickler

Doug Sickler

Vice President - Business Development
Doug Sickler serves as Vice President of Business Development at Technica Corporation, leading all business development functions including strategic account planning, deal strategy development and execution, and proposal operations.

Prior to joining Technica, Doug held sales leadership positions at Unisys and Dell Services, building and leading high performing sales and capture organizations. His efforts resulted in several landmark contract wins including industry first contracts for storage as a service and enterprise financials hosting in a commercial cloud, as well as several enterprise-wide IT and mission support contracts in the DoD, civilian, homeland security, intelligence and health care market segments.

Doug also served at Electronic Data Systems for 16 years, first in the technical ranks and the remaining 10 years as a sales executive serving various federal government clients.

Riaz Siddiqui

Riaz Siddiqui

Vice President - Finance and Accounting
Riaz Siddiqui is responsible for the management of accounting operations, external audit coordination, internal control, financial systems and revenue recognition at Technica. Riaz is responsible for treasury and cash management functions and assists the Business Development department with acquisition due diligence and financial evaluation. He is experienced with the preparation of incurred cost submissions and has worked with DCAA auditors. Riaz works closely with other operational divisions to analyze project results and directs the development of tools for managing operational goals such as Costpoint and T&E upgrade and implementation. He holds a M.B.A. in Finance from Strayer University, and a B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University.

Gerry Morelli

Gerry Morelli

Director of Programs
As Director of Programs, Gerry Morelli is responsible for the operational excellence of all programs under the Technica umbrella: single site, multi-site, prime, partnered, and sub-contracted. His direct focus is to drive profitable program growth, team management and development, quality control of deliverables, and establish standards of performance across all programs.

With a distinguished career of over 20 years, Gerry has an outstanding track record. He has managed IT and Cybersecurity, executing successful operations, programs, and projects for large organizations through all lifecycle stages. He has established Project Management Offices (PMOs), operations, quality controls, procedures, and systems (Lean Six Sigma, CMMI) that ensure fiscal solvency, efficiency, and sustainable quality business models.

Prior to joining Technica, he held leadership positions at ManTech International, Apex Computer Systems and Northrop Grumman Corp. Gerry has served honorably in the United States Air Force.

Gerry holds an MBA from Regis University with an emphasis in Computer Systems and a B.S in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Great Falls. Along with his formal education he holds many industry certifications such as Program Management Professional (PgMP) – (PMI), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Scrum and CMMI.

Veronica Morgan-McHenry

Veronica Morgan-McHenry

Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources, Veronica Morgan-McHenry oversees all aspects of human resource management, including developing, planning, implementing and managing effective human resources, benefits administration, strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention and organization development programs.

Veronica has over 25 years of experience in the management of complex international and U.S. based Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions for both, Corporate and Government sectors.

Prior to joining Technica, Veronica spent several years in various roles at Intelligent Decisions such as the Sr. Director of Corporate Development, Director of Strategic Partner Alliance and Customer Relations and the Sr. HR and Recruiting Manager. During her time there she was responsible for developing strategic business planning with the organization’s business units, analyzing revenue goals, managing HR best practices and developing companywide compliance and quality assurance programs such as ISO, ITIL Change Management and CMMI while implementing cost-effective and highly successful outreach programs.

Veronica holds a Master Certificate in Executive Business Leadership from Cornell University and a Master’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in HR Management from La Sorbonne Universite’ in Paris, France.

Devin Kouts

Devin Kouts

Director of Proposals
Devin Kouts is Technica’s Director of Proposal Operations and oversees our proposal development staff as they create and propose solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Devin collaborates with business development and capture professionals to qualify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement Technica’s business development process. He coordinates resources from Technica’s broad pool of knowledgeable professionals to implement a robust proposal process that his team of talented proposal managers and coordinators carries out.

Before joining Technica, Devin directed the proposal center at Alion Science where he implemented and coached the application of a Shipley-based business development process. Prior to this, Devin served as the Director of Program Operations, a P&L manager and Program Manager during his long tenure at SAIC. He began his career as an Air Force cryptologic linguist before becoming a systems engineer serving DoD, Intel Community and Federal Agency customers through positions held at IBM and Lockheed Martin Federal Systems.

Devin’s degrees include a BA in Computer Management Information Science from the University of Maryland, University College, and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from George Washington University.

Lori Beckert

Lori Beckert

Senior Manager, Technology Solutions
As Senior Manager, Technology Solutions, Lori Beckert is responsible for managing a diverse team of individuals that support the growth of strategic OEM partnerships in the Technology Solutions team of Technica. This includes managing the business development process for Technology Solution opportunities, managing the development of marketing and vendor relations plans, and aligning the business development and engineering team with the vendor strategy.

Lori has 20 years of experience supporting public sector customers. At Technica, she has been responsible for Accounting, Purchasing, Warehousing, Sales Operations, and NASA SEWP Program Management. Prior to joining Technica, Lori held General Manager positions within multiple retail businesses and other business office environments providing her a long history in customer service.

Eric Pelikan

Eric Pelikan

Security Manager, FSO
Eric Pelikan is responsible for all aspects of industrial security and NISPOM compliance for Technica. Eric has seven years of experience in security management for federal contracting companies and has attained his Industrial Security Professional certification from the National Classification Management Society. Eric is also certified as a GSA Lock, Vault and Safe Technician by Lockmasters Security Institute. Prior to working for federal contractors, Eric served as the Assistant Security Manager for the Second Marine Corps Aircraft Wing. As part of the Commanding General Inspection Team, Eric inspected offices for compliance with security regulations.
