This is a BPA to provide IT Support Services to the FBI and other DOJ components. The services to be provided under the Call Order(s) are a non-personal service. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contractor employees performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.  To provide technical support services and qualified personnel to assist the Government in managing and implementing projects and programs as defined in individual Call Order(s). These personnel will perform a range of advisory and technical services.  The specific description of the IT support services required will be specific to each call order request.
